Grateful

just a few things I'm grateful for today:

1. the rain! finally, a break in the dry spell
2. vegetable plants sprouting
3. the cardinal playing in the rain, and Elle wanting to see the rain and the red bird over and over
4. that the first words out of her mouth this morning were "I want Awwwcher"
5. getting to eat lunch with my husband today!
6. my mom's baking skills and generosity - yummy dessert
7. seeing Blair reading to my kiddos
8. unexpected phone call from a friend
9. dinner last night with mom, grandmother, blair, dan, elle, and archer
10. my grandmother teaching Elle to say "Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John," and the smile on both their faces when she said it on her own
