- Archer finding a pink pull up (sample from the mail), and deciding since it was Elle's he needed to wear it--he does not like her to have things that he does not, and we've backed off the pull ups for now. (yes, my mom got a picture, and yes that may be used to show future girlfriends:-)
- Window shopping at Toys R Us. Archer LOVED walking around and checking out all the fun toys. I expected a melt down about not buying anything, but we told him before we went in that we were just going to look (and buy formula for Elle), and he was perfectly okay with that!
- Archer's version of a verse from the 23rd Psalm, "He makes me to lie down on (fill in the name of our street)" So funny!
- Friday lunch date with Dan at FireHouse Subs-so enjoyable, 40 minutes to talk no interruptions;-)
- Seeing my former youth minister Doug (dear family friend) hold my kiddos! He drove in from Oklahoma to pick up Blair (his daughter) from my mom's--Blair and Hunter are considered my mom's grandkids too, love how friendships really can and do turn into family, and they are a long time example of that.
- Blair's excitement at taking home empty baby wipes containers (not sure what she is going to do with them), and some of Wulfy's fur (she intends to make pillows with it as stuffing)...she is 11, and very crafty and talented!
- Daddy counting how many times Archer could jump-Archer would jump, Daddy would count-he made it to 30! It wore him out for bedtime.
- Elle trying (and liking) fish for the first time.
- Archer asking at dinner last night, "how are you doing, Daddy?" He then paused to hear about Daddy....then "how are you doing, Mommy?" He then paused to hear about Mommy...it wasn't the first time he has asked that, but it was so in context of a typical dinner conversation--I just loved that family dinners are making an impact on him (note: this family dinner was at the Chinese restaurant, just keeping it real here;-)....family dinners=dinner, the 4 of us together, not always food at our dining room table at home.

Love the family dinners...much like what ours look like! I think as long as you're eating together that's great, restaurant chinese food is way better than anything I could ever make!
